The Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation is awarded to individuals who have completed courses and passed exams administered by the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), an educational body recognized by insurance companies worldwide.

Depending on the courses completed, the FLMI designation may be accompanied by another title, such as Fellow or Associate.
