A type of aviation insurance, aircraft liability insurance can pertain to the passenger and/or third parties as well as to property. It comes in various forms, namely, public liability insurance, passenger liability insurance, or combined single limit aircraft liability insurance, which covers damaged properties and injured passengers and third parties. It can also cover injuries that a person may be liable for when the aircraft is not in motion and on the ground or when it is taxing.
